So Duh Nets

Was reading about how NETs does not allow merchants to charge a transaction fee if the customers choose to pay by NETs.

BUT, IMO the merchants can just do the opposite, offer discounts to customers who pay by cash lor...
I'm sure if the discount was significant enough and I wasn't in a rush and there's a nearby ATM, i wouldn't mind drawing out cash to make a payment.
